联邦技术移民新政将在2013年5月4日重新启动

加拿大移民部在2012年12月19日公布，联邦技术移民（Federal Skilled Worker Program）新政将在2013年5月4日重新启动。

以下为新政的相关信息：

1. 拥有较好的语言能力和年轻的申请人是技术移民评分项目中两个最重要的因素。

2. 评分标准将发生改变，其中包括：

a) 增加语言能力的评分

b）年轻的申请人将取得更高的评分

c）引入“教育证书评定(ECA)”

d) 如果加拿大劳动市场确实需要此职位，允许雇主迅速地聘请海外雇员

e) 适应能力项中，新增配偶语言能力和加拿大工作经验。

3. 新的选拔系统中新增如下两个新步骤：

a) 申请人的语言能力必须达到加拿大语言基准评估系统（Canadian Language Benchmark Assessment System）的第7级（IELTS四个项目需达到6分）。

b) 申请人在加拿大政府认可的评估机构对学历证书进行评估。被加拿大政府认可的评估机构列表将会在2013年年初公布。

4. 已拥有加拿大工作安排或博士学历的申请人，在2013年5月4日前仍可以按照现有技术移民政策递交申请。

5. 政府正在推进EOI（Expression of internet）的实施，帮助申请人申请技术移民。

同时，每年申请FSW类别的数量将会有一个限制，但目前并没有宣布这个限制是多少，Flyabroad认为，在之前的申请仍大量积压的情况下，新的申请配额不会太多。
　　令人欣喜的是，加拿大移民部表示，新的FSW申请周期将可以用月来衡量（a matter of months），而不是一年或以上。

08年开启的加拿大经验类移民（Canadian Experience Class）要求申请人有加拿大的学习或工作经历，根据前文预测的趋势，经验类移民会越来越得到重视。事实上，加拿大每年都在对经验类移民增加配额、放宽条件，而技术类、投资类移民则逐年减少。

    看到后面加个.bak后缀的文件有时真的很烦，而且还容易搞混，下面的方法可以解除这种烦恼。版本不同可以会有些差别。

英文版按照如下顺序设置：Menu: Advanced --> Confiugration --> File Handling --> Backup --> Select No Backup option

中文版按照如下顺序设置：高级--> 配置 --> 文件处理 --> 备份，选择右侧的不备份即可
